Originally from Naples, Italy, I moved to Melbourne, Australia, where I worked at Gradi, the city's top pizza restaurant at Crown.

I gained recognition by winning awards like second place and a silver medal at the Australia Pizza Championship and first place in Italy winning the world's best pizza fritta.

Driven by my love for pizza, I started my own mobile pizza catering business in Melbourne and Adelaide.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the catering last?

We cater for 2 hours, and you can opt to have us for longer times as well. We come 30-45 minutes prior to your booked start time of catering to set up.

Can you cater to coeliac/vegan/halal?

Yes, of course! Just let us know you/your guests' dietary restrictions and we'll take note of it.

What do you do if it rains?

No worries. We have a big umbrella when you book our pizza truck, and we have a tent as our cover when you book our marquee set up.

What's the difference between the pizza truck and marquee?

The only difference is the set up/size dimensions. We will naturally come with our pizza truck, unless there is no enough space for it or you prefer to have us set up somewhere where our truck cannot fit/go through-- that's where our versatile marquee set up comes in!
