Our Classic Neapolitan Pizza Package ($36pp) includes 2 hours of unlimited wood-fired or gas-baked Neapolitan pizza across 12 standard flavours (9 savoury + 3 sweet dessert pizzas). Our Pizza Deluxe Package ($42pp) upgrades to 15 flavours including DOP Mozzarella di Bufala, Truffle Salami, and Mortadella & Pistachio. We also offer antipasto, rocket salad, Sicilian arancini, gnocchi pomodoro, live cheese wheel pasta, and Sicilian cannoli packages up to $55pp.

Do you cater for vegan, vegetarian, and gluten-free guests?

Yes. Vegetarian and vegan pizzas (crafted with dairy-free mozzarella) are included at no extra cost. Gluten-free pizza bases are available for +$6 per base and are baked on dedicated trays to minimise cross-contamination.

What are the space requirements for your mobile pizza truck and marquee setup?

We offer two self-contained Melbourne setups: our Mobile Pizza Truck (requires 1.5m wide x 2.10m high x 3.5m long clearance and flat access) and our Portable 2m x 2m Marquee Pizza Kitchen (carries through standard doorways, lifts, and side gates). Neither setup requires mains power or running water.

Are waiters and serving staff included?

Yes, every Just Naples catering booking in Melbourne includes our professional pizzaiolo and complimentary waiter service to circulate hot pizzas to your guests, plus eco-friendly plates, napkins, setup, and full pack-down.

What is your minimum spend and deposit policy?

Our minimum catering spend in Melbourne is $1,500 (roughly 35-40+ guests depending on your package). A $250 deposit secures your event date, with final guest numbers and dietary requirements due 14 days before your event. Date changes or cancellations with 90+ days' notice can transfer the deposit to a new date within 12 months.

What happens if it rains at our outdoor Melbourne event?

Our 2m x 2m heavy-duty waterproof marquee and commercial umbrella attachments keep our ovens and chefs operating in light-to-moderate Melbourne rain. In severe weather, our portable ovens can move under a covered garage, verandah, carport, or indoor commercial space.

How long does the catering last?

We cater for 2 hours, and you can opt to have us for longer times as well. We come 30-45 minutes prior to your booked start time of catering to set up.

Can you cater to coeliac/vegan/halal?

Yes, of course! Just let us know you/your guests' dietary restrictions and we'll take note of it.

What do you do if it rains?

No worries. We have a big umbrella when you book our pizza truck, and we have a tent as our cover when you book our marquee set up.

What's the difference between the pizza truck and marquee?

The only difference is the set up/size dimensions. We will naturally come with our pizza truck, unless there is no enough space for it or you prefer to have us set up somewhere where our truck cannot fit/go through-- that's where our versatile marquee set up comes in!
